Message:
I've put a lot of work into the Website this month. If you're a regular visitor, hopefully you've noticed some of the great, new updates.
1. Discussion Forums -- If you're reading this, you've obviously discovered the new chatboard. Hopefully many people will take advantage of it and it will evolve into an active discussion community.
2. New Contest - The March contest was a modest success. About a dozen people entered and submitted some great ideas. I've decided to run another contest this month. You can win a Slime Science Kit. To enter, just tell us your favorite classroom management techniques. The official contest page is here: http://www.superteacherworksheets.com/contest.html Contest ends on or about April 25.
3. New worksheets --
The multiplication page has been greatly expanded. I've added long multiplication and lattice multiplication worksheets. I've also added new games and multiplication tables that kids can fill in. Check it out: http://www.superteacherworksheets.com/multiplication.html
The Spelling Pages have been growing slowly. I've completed 30 lists for the third grade section. There are also ABC order activities for each list. There is much more to come on the spelling pages. I know I have a ways to go to finish the 4th grade spelling sheets as well.
There's now a page of Geometry Worksheets. Check it out: http://www.superteacherworksheets.com/geometry.html At this time, it's mostly area and perimeter practice, but it's a good start.
A couple of people have e-mailed to request a page with primary paper, writing paper, and graph paper. Here it is: http://www.superteacherworksheets.com/paper.html
Graph paper math is a new type of drill-and-practice worksheet. It features math problems of graph paper. This will help to ensure kids keep their columns properly aligned when working of addition, subtraction, or multiplication. Also, these worksheets feature bigger font so kids have more room to work with the numbers. Check out some of the graph paper math sheets: addition: http://www.superteacherworksheets.com/addition/graph-adding-3dig.pdf subtraction: http://www.superteacherworksheets.com/subtraction/graph-subtraction-3dig-zero.pdf Multiplication: http://www.superteacherworksheets.com/multiplication/graph-multiplication-3dig.pdf
I welcome any comments, suggestions, and feedback you have.
As always, thanks for visiting and supporting the site!
- Tim
